Who we are
Olfazeta Extracts is a trading name of Dariusz Osinski, 3 Valley Road, Coventry, CV2 3JE, United Kingdom. Email: perfumechogan@hotmail.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Olfazeta Extracts, and "you" means the person placing an order on this website.
We are an independent consultant selling products from the Olfazeta perfume range. We are not affiliated with any of the designer fragrance brands named on this website.
Our products
Our extracts are described as "inspired by" well-known fragrances. This means the scent is similar in character to the fragrance named. It is not the original fragrance, and we do not claim that it is identical. Brand names are used only to help you find a scent you may like.
Fragrance notes, descriptions and photos are provided as a guide. Scents can smell different on different people, and the colour of a product may vary slightly between batches.
Safety
Perfume is flammable. Keep it away from heat, flames and direct sunlight, and out of the reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please check the ingredients before use and stop using the product if irritation occurs.
Placing an order and our contract
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Our contract with you is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if we find an error in the price or description. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery options, prices and estimated times are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Your legal rights
Our goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms, but we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring a claim in the courts of your home country. If you live in another country, mandatory consumer protection rules of that country continue to apply to you.
