Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and in countries of the European Union. We do not currently deliver anywhere else.
Delivery cost
United Kingdom
Standard delivery: £4.99
Standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more
Express delivery: £6.99
European Union
Standard international delivery: £9.00 per order

Delivery time
Orders are sent by courier. Within the UK, Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from dispatch, and Express is a faster service. Deliveries to the European Union usually take longer, typically 3–7 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
Customs, import VAT and duties (EU orders)
Orders delivered to the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees charged by the destination country or the courier. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery fees, and you are responsible for paying them.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully when you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away at perfumechogan@hotmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at perfumechogan@hotmail.com with your order number (and photos if the parcel is damaged), and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
